Recipe for rhubarb trifle
Rhubarb trifle is a simple and rustic dessert that features both creamy and crunchy textures. In this recipe, the whipped cream is placed in a siphon bottle, making the preparation both easy and quick.
We prepare the rhubarb compote in the oven instead of in a pot, which is much preferable. The rhubarb retains its texture and does not become fibrous and overcooked, which can easily happen when cooked in a pot.
