Recipe for healthier swedish sausage dish
Swedish sausage stew tastes wonderful, and with a bit of cleverness, you can sneak a little extra healthiness into this classic dish. In this version, I have replaced some of the potatoes with celeriac and supplemented with carrots and red bell pepper. I think it tastes great! But besides that, the rest of the flavors are entirely classic as we know them from Swedish sausage stew, and it has its own charm….
In any case, it is an easy, quick, and inexpensive everyday dish that is loved by most and ready in about half an hour.
