
Recipe for grilled corn spareribs

Grilled Corn Spareribs
Equipment
- Grill Grilling Temperature: 185°
- Cast Iron Plate
Ingredients
- 2 pcs. Corn On The Cob
- 25 gram Butter for frying
- 1 dl BBQ Sauce
- Flake Salt
Instructions
Kitchen
- Split each corn in half and split again, so you have 4 long pieces of corn. You can halve them again, so you have 8 short pieces.
Grill
- Set and preheat the grill to 200° degrees.
- Place the corn with husks on the grill grate and grill them for about 20 mins.
- Melt a little butter on the plate and fry the corn spareribs on all sides until they get some color for about 10 minutes.
- Brush them a couple of times with BBQ sauce where the corn sits.
Serve
- Eat them warm and dip them in more BBQ sauce.
- Sprinkle with salt if desired.
- Enjoy your meal.
