Equipment

  • Grill Grilling Temperature: 185°
  • Cast Iron Plate

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. Corn On The Cob
  • 25 gram Butter for frying
  • 1 dl BBQ Sauce
  • Flake Salt

Instructions

Kitchen

  • Split each corn in half and split again, so you have 4 long pieces of corn. You can halve them again, so you have 8 short pieces.

Grill

  • Set and preheat the grill to 200° degrees.
  • Place the corn with husks on the grill grate and grill them for about 20 mins.
  • Melt a little butter on the plate and fry the corn spareribs on all sides until they get some color for about 10 minutes.
  • Brush them a couple of times with BBQ sauce where the corn sits.

Serve

  • Eat them warm and dip them in more BBQ sauce.
  • Sprinkle with salt if desired.
  • Enjoy your meal.
