Warm broccoli salad with carrots and red onions
Ingredients
- 1 pcs. Red Onion peeled and cut into 8 wedges
- 4-6 pcs. Carrots snack - cut into wedges
- 1 clove Garlic cut into thin slices or coarsely chopped
- 2 spsk Butter
- 2 package Broccoli bimi - ends trimmed
- 2 sprig Fresh rosemary
- Flaky Salt
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add rosemary and garlic to the melted butter, and stir.
- Add red onions and carrots to the pan, and sprinkle with flaky salt. Sauté them until the onions are soft.
- Add broccoli bimi and sauté for another 1-2 minutes, until they are tender but still crisp.
