Recipe for truffle butter
Truffle Butter. If you happen to have a leftover piece of a delicious truffle, this is a perfect way to use your “leftovers.”
The truffle butter can be used on top of your steak or seafood, or even tossed in your finished pasta or new potatoes. It tastes heavenly.

Ingredients
- 150 gram Butter Room temperature
- 20 gram Truffle Summer truffle
- Spices Good flaky salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Take the butter out of the fridge and let it reach room temperature before you start.
- Grate your summer truffle with a fine grater over your butter.
- Blend the butter, it's easiest with an immersion blender, and season it with a good flaky salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Serve immediately afterwards.
