Recipe for tart with potato, tomato, and ham
Pie with potatoes, cheese, tomatoes, ham, and rosemary – super easy, packed with flavor, and it mostly takes care of itself in the oven.
The potatoes provide substance and satiety, perfectly complemented by the fresh tomatoes and savory ham.
I made the pie crust myself – it only requires 4 ingredients and takes just a few minutes to knead together, but if you don’t feel like doing that, a store-bought crust works just as well.
Either way, it’s a really good pie! And it’s easy to make.
We served it with a simple spinach salad, just tossed in a bit of vinaigrette.
