Recipe for sausage mix
This recipe is a quick and easy way to turn leftovers into a delicious and satisfying meal.
I have had the pleasure of having Jesper Græm make this recipe for me. He has run Rasses Skovpølser for 10 years and has generally perfected all known grill bar dishes.
It is a simple combination of crispy french fries, juicy sausages, and a variety of flavorful toppings that together create an unforgettable taste experience. Perfect for a relaxed evening or a quick lunch when you don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen. By using curry ketchup, you add a spicy twist that complements the crispy fries and fried sausages. Pickled cucumbers can add a nice acidity, but can easily be omitted if you prefer. The finely chopped onions provide an extra crunch and freshness that balance the rich flavors of the fries and sausages. This recipe is not only quick to make but also incredibly satisfying – the perfect comfort food.
