Instructions
Heat the deep fryer to 190 degrees Celsius (374 degrees Fahrenheit).
Cook the fries in the deep fryer according to the package instructions.
Add the sausages to the deep fryer 2 minutes before the fries are done.
Remove the fries and sausages from the deep fryer and place them on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Season the fries with fine salt.
Arrange the fries and sausages on a plate.
Top with ketchup, pickles, and finely chopped onions to taste.
