Recipe for salad with pointed cabbage and grandma’s dressing
Grandma’s salad is something we all know and have a connection to.
My version contains sour cream instead of lemon juice and cream.

Ingredients
- 1 pcs. Pointed Cabbage
- 200 gram Sour Cream Preferably 18%
- 12.5 gram Sugar
Instructions
- Start by washing the pointed cabbage and removing the outer leaves.
- Cut the cabbage into large pieces and discard the bottom of the core.
- Mix your crème fraîche and sugar in a large bowl. If you don't have crème fraîche, use 2 dl of cream and 1 tbsp. lemon juice instead.
- Toss the cabbage in the dressing and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Enjoy.
