Recipe for salad with eggs
Here, I have a recipe for a delicious and easy lunch salad with cabbage, eggs, and walnuts. The slightly tangy and fresh taste in the dressing goes perfectly with the crunchy walnuts and the creamy eggs.

Ingredients
- 2 pcs. Egg Hard-Boiled
- 45 gram Walnuts
- 200 gram White Cabbage Finely shredded. Can be replaced with pointed cabbage
- 100 gram Sour Cream
- 14 gram Mayonnaise
- 5 gram Mustard
- Spices Curry, salt, and pepper
Instructions
Hard-boiled egg
- Place the two eggs in cold water so they are almost covered.
- Bring the water to a boil and as soon as it boils, lower the heat and start timing.
- Let it boil for 8 minutes (a little more or less if the egg is larger than a "standard egg").
- After 8 minutes, drain the water and replace it with cold water.
- Let it sit for about 5 minutes and peel the eggs.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise.
- Mix the dressing together in a large bowl and season it with curry, salt, and pepper.
- Chop your cabbage into strips and mix them with the dressing.
- Place your cabbage mixed with the dressing at the bottom of a deep plate and add your walnuts and eggs on top.
- Serve immediately.
