Recipe for pea mash

In just 10 minutes, you can transform a bag of frozen peas into a delicious and healthy dip.

Below is the recipe for an easy and healthy pea purée, which can be used as a side dish for a variety of meals. The peas are a hit because they are sweet and easy to season with crème fraîche, lemon, salt, and pepper. In this way, you can adjust the intensity of this dip.

Use the pea purée as a side dish with fish, meat, or even as a kind of dressing for a fresh salad. Additionally, the pea purée is great as a dip for vegetable sticks for children.
