Leeks in the Oven

Delicious and juicy leeks with a combination of a crispy exterior and a soft and creamy interior. The flavors this preparation brings out are very unique and truly delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 pcs. Leek
  • 13.5 gram Olive Oil
  • Fresh thyme
  • Coarse salt Good flake salt

Instructions

  • Cut off the top of the leek and remove the outer layer.
  • Quickly scald your fresh thyme and pat them dry.
  • Wash the leeks thoroughly and cut them into pieces 3-5 cm long.
  • Toss them in the oil, salt, and thyme, and rub it well with your fingers.
  • Bake them in the oven in a fireproof dish at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (convection) for about 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy.
