Leeks in the Oven
Delicious and juicy leeks with a combination of a crispy exterior and a soft and creamy interior. The flavors this preparation brings out are very unique and truly delicious.

Ingredients

Leek

Olive Oil
Fresh thyme
Coarse salt
Good flake salt
Instructions
Cut off the top of the leek and remove the outer layer.
Quickly scald your fresh thyme and pat them dry.
Wash the leeks thoroughly and cut them into pieces 3-5 cm long.
Toss them in the oil, salt, and thyme, and rub it well with your fingers.
Bake them in the oven in a fireproof dish at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (convection) for about 30 minutes.
