Recipe for kale in the oven
Cabbage is one of the healthiest vegetables you can eat, but it can sometimes be challenging to find new ways to serve this nutritious vegetable.
Try making chips from kale leaves; it’s super easy, and it’s both healthy and low-fat!
Serve the delicious, crispy kale chips with a dip of mayonnaise and crème fraîche, crumble them over a soup, or use them as a crunchy, crispy, and vegetarian element in a sandwich or burger.
For me, it was an easy way to introduce this cabbage to my 4-year-old daughter, who normally says no to cabbage.

Kale in the oven

- Remove the stalk from the kale and discard it.
- Rinse the kale thoroughly and cut the leaves into rough pieces.
- Pat them dry with a clean tea towel.
- Place the kale in a freezer bag and pour oil and salt into the bag. Massage/shake the bag so that the oil is distributed on all of the kale.

- Take them out and pour them into a large bowl with grease-absorbing paper/kitchen roll.
