Grilled Mazarin Cake with Marzipan Cream and Fresh Berries

- Baking Paper
- Grill Grill temperature: 190 degrees Celsius (374 degrees Fahrenheit)
Ingredients
- 150 gram Sugar
- 4 pcs. Egg whipped
- 150 gram Butter
- 150 gram Marzipan
- 75 gram Wheat Flour
- 200 gram Berry halved strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries
- 1 bag Cake Cream dr. Oetker
- ½ l Whole Milk
Instructions
Kitchen
- Sugar and eggs are whisked. Add butter and mix briefly.
- Add marzipan and wheat flour and mix lightly again.
- Pour the batter into a baking paper-lined springform pan.
- Whip the cake cream, milk, and powder.
Grill
- Preheat the grill to 190 degrees Celsius (374 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Place the cake on the top grill rack, gas grill on indirect heat, until golden on top.
Arrange
- Spread cream on the cooled cake.
- Garnish with blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries, and halved strawberries on top of the cream.
