Recipe for daiquiri
The delightful Cuban recipe.
We have the recipe from the book: “The Cocktail Book – Classics and New Recipes” – written by Rasmus Greve Christiansen and illustrated by Toril Bækmark. Rasmus writes the following about the recipe:
The classic daiquiri is possibly my favorite cocktail. Not only because it tastes fantastic, but also because it is a great example of the perfect template when creating fresh cocktails.
Once you find the balance between the sour and the sweet, you have a recipe that can be used for countless cocktails. The original recipe consists of white rum, lime, and sugar, but you can use any rum you like (even that expensive bottle you got from your father-in-law for Christmas? – YES! Go for it!).
