Recipe for crispy waffles
A simple and delicious recipe for crispy waffles.
The batter is made in the blender, which is super easy and results in a smooth batter without lumps. Additionally, using the blender jug makes it easy to pour the batter into the waffle iron, ensuring consistently shaped waffles that don’t spill over the edges.
Serve the waffles with jam and powdered sugar, or see the note for inspiration on other toppings.
