Isn’t that delicious?! ??
This recipe makes about 12-14 pieces, depending on how big you make them.

Equipment
- Stand Mixer
- dough scraper
- Baking Tray
- Baking Paper
- Oven
Ingredients
- 50 gram Yeast
- 550 gram Luke water
- 900 gram Wheat Flour circa
- 150 gram Graham Flour
- 50 gram Sugar
- 12 gram Salt
- 80 gram Butter soft
- 2 pcs. Egg
- 175 gram Sunflower Seeds
- 4 pcs. Carrots can be between 3-5, depending on the size
Instructions
- Pour water into a mixing bowl and add yeast and sugar. Stir well together. Add whole wheat flour, half of the flour, and salt, and mix together. Add most of the flour and run the machine for 1-2 minutes until the dough comes together. Add the remaining flour if necessary, and add the soft butter and run the machine for 5-7 minutes until you have a nice, smooth, and firm dough! Let the dough rise covered in the bowl for circa 45 minutes or until double in size. Turn the dough out onto the table and make a large indentation in the dough. Add sunflower seeds, grated carrots, and eggs into the indentation. Fold the dough over the filling to “pack” the filling inside. Use a spatula/dough cutter/dough scraper to "chop" the dough and filling so that everything is mixed well. It should be chopped into small pieces. Divide the dough into 12-14 equally sized buns and scrape each bun onto the baking sheet. Let the buns proof for circa 45 minutes in a warm place. Spray a bit of water and bake the buns at 210 degrees Celsius (410 degrees Fahrenheit) regular oven for circa 14-16 minutes. Enjoy your baking! ??
