Caesar dressing
Equipment
- 1 Electric whisk or whisk or immersion blender
Ingredients
- 1 Anchovy Fillets finely chopped
- 1 clove Garlic small clove, pressed/finely grated/finely chopped
- 50 gram Parmesan freshly grated
- Salt and pepper
- 2 pcs. Pasteurized egg yolks
- 1 tsk Dijon Mustard
- 1 spsk White Wine Vinegar
- 0,5 dl Olive Oil
- 1 spsk lemon juice
Instructions
- Finely chop anchovies and garlic and place them in a bowl.
- Place the egg yolks in a bowl.
- Add mustard, white wine vinegar, and salt and pepper.
- Whisk the ingredients together with a hand mixer, whisk, or immersion blender until well combined.
- Finely grate the Parmesan cheese and stir it into the dressing.
- Add the olive oil a little at a time, continuing to whisk until the dressing is thick and creamy.
- Add lemon juice and season to taste with salt/pepper.
- Stir well until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Your homemade Caesar dressing is now ready to be used on your favorite salad!
