Recipe for baked cauliflower

As a child, I wasn’t too fond of boiled cauliflower?
I only really started liking it when I began roasting it thoroughly in the oven.
Here is a suggestion for a good, inexpensive dinner:

Baked Cauliflower
Ingredients
Baked cauliflower
- 1 pcs. Cauliflower
- 1 pcs. Lemon only the juice
- Coarse salt
Sides
- Hazelnuts roasted
- Tahini
- Pomegranate seeds
Instructions
- Cut the base leaves off the cauliflower and place it in a roasting pan.
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the cauliflower and distribute 75 grams of cold butter in small cubes on top.
- Season with coarse salt and bake the cauliflower at 225 degrees Celsius (437 degrees Fahrenheit) in a preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
- Pour a little of the butter/lemon mixture over the cauliflower a few times during baking.
- Serve with a bit of tahini, roasted hazelnuts, and optionally some pomegranate seeds.
