Recipe for apple pie with crumble
This apple cake with crumble is both easy to make and super delicious. A few peeled apples and a dough that can be assembled in a few minutes are enough for you to have a lovely cake ready in about three-quarters of an hour – perfect for unexpected guests.
The cake is both tangy and crispy, and if you serve it with a combination of crème fraîche and whipped cream on top, it can do it all.

Ingredients
- 106 gram Wheat Flour
- 127.5 gram Sugar
- 125 gram Margarine Or butter
- 5 pcs. Apples
- Whipped Cream
- Sour Cream
Instructions
- Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Crumble in your margarine/butter into the dough.
- Peel and slice the apples.
- Place the apples at the bottom of an ovenproof dish so that they are well covered (about 5-6 apples).
- Place the dough over the apples in small dollops.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 40-45 minutes.
- Serve with whipped cream and crème fraîche.
- This cake can be served as a dessert and tastes best when warm.
Notes
The apples can be replaced with any type of fruit, although fruit with acidity is particularly suitable.
