Leeks in the Oven
Delicious and juicy leeks with a combination of a crispy exterior and a soft and creamy interior. The flavors this preparation brings out are very unique and truly delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 pcs. Leek
- 13.5 gram Olive Oil
- Fresh thyme
- Coarse salt Good flake salt
Instructions
- Cut off the top of the leek and remove the outer layer.
- Quickly scald your fresh thyme and pat them dry.
- Wash the leeks thoroughly and cut them into pieces 3-5 cm long.
- Toss them in the oil, salt, and thyme, and rub it well with your fingers.
- Bake them in the oven in a fireproof dish at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (convection) for about 30 minutes.
- Enjoy.
