Recipe for homemade red cabbage
A truly delicious version of the classic Danish old-fashioned red cabbage.
With its perfect combination of sweetness and acidity, this red cabbage is really worth trying.
The cabbage is tender but still has a slight crunch, making it much more flavorful than the softer, overcooked versions you can buy in jars.
