Recipe for everything in one pan with potatoes, vegetables, and meat sauce
Have you decided on dinner yet? If not, this all-in-one casserole is highly recommended!
You get vegetables, potatoes, and a flavorful meat sauce – all baked together in the oven with plenty of cheese and fresh tomatoes.
The result is a hearty, delicious, and filling dish that tastes amazing and is also perfect for clearing out your fridge.
The vegetables can be varied depending on what you have on hand, and the potatoes can theoretically be swapped out for pasta if that’s what you have.
Regardless, it tastes wonderful! Plus, it’s easy since the oven does most of the work.
To prepare the dish, quickly sauté the vegetables and potatoes, throw them in a casserole dish, make the meat sauce, add it on top along with some tomatoes, and then pop everything in the oven. Forty fragrant minutes later, dinner is ready.
