Recipe for wild garlic oil

Therefore, I have naturally been out picking them.
Personally, I love wild garlic; it’s super delicious for most dishes, and you can make a lot of tasty things with it.
Here, I have a great suggestion for what I love to use wild garlic for: green oil.
This is just super delicious, and it gives a beautiful color to the food! It can be used to drizzle on soups or plates, but it can also be used for wild garlic mayo.

Ingredients
- 150 gram Wild Garlic fresh
- 276 gram Rapeseed Oil
Instructions
- 1. All ingredients are placed in a blender.
- 2. Blend everything together until it reaches a temperature of 60-70 degrees Celsius (140-158 degrees Fahrenheit).
- 3. Sieve the mixture through a coffee filter or cloth (this may take some time).
- 4. Put it in a piping bag and hang it up.
- 5. After a while, you can see all the water settling at the bottom, clamp it where it separates.
- 6. Then pour out the water and transfer the oil into a container.
