
Recipe for whole milk buns
The most delicious and fluffiest whole milk rolls without any fancy equipment!
Who doesn’t love soft, warm rolls in the morning? Enjoy these whole milk rolls when you want to make your breakfast a little extra special – or as birthday rolls with a generous layer of butter. Yummy!

Ingredients
- 25 gram Yeast Or half a pack of dried yeast
- 19 gram Coarse salt
- 12.5 gram Sugar
- 200 gram Water Lukewarm water
- 306 gram Whole Milk
- 56 gram Oil
- 700 gram Wheat Flour
Instructions
- Put whole milk and water into a mixing bowl with the yeast and dissolve the yeast.
- Optionally use a mixing bowl with a dough hook.
- Add salt, sugar, and oil, and mix well together.
- Gradually add the flour and knead the dough until it releases from the sides of the bowl. Run the dough in a mixer for 5-7 minutes or knead it by hand for 10-15 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 45 minutes under a warm tea towel.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into 12 parts and roll into buns.
- Place the buns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) convection.
- Bake the buns in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Let the freshly baked buns cool on a wire rack.
