Ingredients
- 1 pcs. Pork Tenderloin trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 package Bacon dry salted
- 20 gram Butter
- 1 pcs. Onion cut into cubes
- 1 pcs. Leek sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 1 can Tomato Puree concentrated
- 6 gram Curry
- 250 gram Cream
- 50 gram Cream Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Brown bacon and tenderloin in butter.
- Add the vegetables and heat them well.
- Add curry powder and tomato puree.
- Let the puree heat thoroughly.
- Add cream and cream cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Let the dish simmer gently in the pot for 30-45 minutes and thicken slightly with cornstarch if necessary.
