Ingredients

  • 1 pcs. Pork Tenderloin trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 package Bacon dry salted
  • 20 gram Butter
  • 1 pcs. Onion cut into cubes
  • 1 pcs. Leek sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 can Tomato Puree concentrated
  • 6 gram Curry
  • 250 gram Cream
  • 50 gram Cream Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Brown bacon and tenderloin in butter.
  • Add the vegetables and heat them well.
  • Add curry powder and tomato puree.
  • Let the puree heat thoroughly.
  • Add cream and cream cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Let the dish simmer gently in the pot for 30-45 minutes and thicken slightly with cornstarch if necessary.
