Recipe for trifle with choco-baileys mousse, vanilla cream, oreos, and blueberries

Desserts in a glass – something I am particularly fond of. They can be made in countless varieties with exactly what the heart desires of delicious treats. They are usually easy to make, they are decorative, cozy, and taste fantastic! Yes, I am definitely a huge fan and make desserts in a glass for festive occasions, for weekend coziness, and sometimes even on weekdays.. They can be used for any occasion!

This wonderful one is with Baileys chocolate mousse, Oreos, vanilla cream, and blueberries. Doesn’t that just sound delightful? It is! And before anyone balks at the thought of mousse, let me reassure you that this one is without gelatin or anything cumbersome – it’s simply mixed together with 5 ingredients.

Together with the vanilla cream, cookies, and berries, you get a delicious airy and creamy dessert with crunch from the cookies and freshness from the blueberries. It is also both easy and quick and can be made a few hours in advance before it needs to be used – so that’s one less thing on the to-do list if it’s for a festive occasion. However, it can also be made and eaten right away if you are the more impatient type.
No matter for what or when, it just tastes lovely.
