Recipe for spicy, greek-inspired beef rolls
Spicy, Greek-inspired beef rolls – perfect for the grill.
The rolls are filled with wonderful spices and lots of flavor and go well with a mild, fresh summer salad.
Here we served them with a fresh strawberry/cauliflower salad and it was a truly delightful mix.
But they can be served with any salad you like, potatoes, or a good bread.
Or put them in a tortilla and serve with tzatziki.
I also think they would be excellent as a dish on a buffet.
