Recipe for seared tuna with sesame
Seared tuna with sesame seeds is a delicacy that is really delicious as an appetizer.
Slice the fish into thin pieces and serve it, for example, on a bed of mixed greens tossed with an oil/vinegar dressing and some crispy rye bread chips as a crunchy topping.
Remember that the fish needs time to marinate with salt before cooking. This is important as it ensures the meat has the right texture.

- Let it rest for 15 minutes, then rinse it well under cold water.
- Pat the fish dry before use.
- Pour sesame seeds onto a plate. Roll the tuna in it, so all sides are covered with sesame seeds.
