Recipe for savoury roulade with spicy beef, greens and avocado cream
Food roulade; a phenomenon that has been known for some years now, but which I recently came across – and tried for the first time… Nonetheless, a truly lovely dish with incredibly many possibilities!
The dough consists of an egg mixture with grated cheese, a bit of flour, and optional spices – super simple. Inside is a filling of meat and vegetables to taste. My version was with spicy beef, iceberg lettuce, fresh tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado cream.
Perfectly saucy, flavorful, simple, and delicious.
