Savoury Roulade with Spicy Beef, Greens and Avocado Cream

My version included spicy beef, iceberg lettuce, fresh tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado cream. The dough is made from a mixture of eggs, grated cheese, a bit of flour, and optionally, some spices – super simple. Inside, there's a filling of meat and vegetables to taste.
