Recipe for satay sauce

Here we have a recipe for the delicious Satay sauce. It is a spicy peanut sauce with peanut pieces, typically used in Thai cuisine for chicken skewers.

Ingredients

  • 80 gram Peanut Butter
  • 2 pcs. Lime Juice
  • 10 gram Red curry paste
  • 0.5 can Coconut Milk
  • 18 gram Fish Sauce

Instructions

  • Squeeze the juice from the limes and mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well and season with extra fish sauce or lime juice if needed. The sauce tastes fantastic with chicken skewers.
