Salmon in Airfryer
Equipment
- 1 Airfryer
Ingredients
- 36 gram Salmon Fillet
- 14 gram Salt
- 14 gram Oil neutral
- Pepper Freshly ground
- ½ pcs. Lemon
- 1 handful Broad leaf parsley finely chopped. Can be substituted with dill
Instructions
- Prepare the salmon by rubbing it with salt and letting it "gourmet salt" for 7 minutes. This draws out some of the moisture from the meat and helps to make it juicy.
- Rinse the salt off the salmon and gently pat it dry.
- Season the salmon fillets with freshly ground pepper
- Brush them with neutral oil.
- Place the salmon pieces in the airfryer with the skin side down.
- Bake the salmon fillets at 190°C for 10 minutes. The thickness matters, so if it is very thick, the fish may need 2 more minutes.
- Arrange the baked salmon fillets on a platter.
- Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley/dill over and season with lemon juice.
