Cook Time: 10 minutes

Equipment

  • 1 Airfryer

Ingredients

  • 36 gram Salmon Fillet
  • 14 gram Salt
  • 14 gram Oil neutral
  • Pepper Freshly ground
  • ½ pcs. Lemon
  • 1 handful Broad leaf parsley finely chopped. Can be substituted with dill

Instructions

  • Prepare the salmon by rubbing it with salt and letting it "gourmet salt" for 7 minutes. This draws out some of the moisture from the meat and helps to make it juicy.
  • Rinse the salt off the salmon and gently pat it dry.
  • Season the salmon fillets with freshly ground pepper
  • Brush them with neutral oil.
  • Place the salmon pieces in the airfryer with the skin side down.
  • Bake the salmon fillets at 190°C for 10 minutes. The thickness matters, so if it is very thick, the fish may need 2 more minutes.
  • Arrange the baked salmon fillets on a platter.
  • Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley/dill over and season with lemon juice.

Notes

Serving suggestions:

Serve the baked salmon with a light salad, over a bed of fresh spinach, or as part of a warm dish with quinoa and green beans for a healthy and satisfying meal.

Tips:

Make sure not to overcook the salmon to retain its juiciness and delicate texture.Enjoy!
