Instructions
Prepare the salmon by rubbing it with salt and letting it "gourmet salt" for 7 minutes. This draws out some of the moisture from the meat and helps to make it juicy.
Rinse the salt off the salmon and gently pat it dry.
Season the salmon fillets with freshly ground pepper
Brush them with neutral oil.
Place the salmon pieces in the airfryer with the skin side down.
Bake the salmon fillets at 190°C for 10 minutes. The thickness matters, so if it is very thick, the fish may need 2 more minutes.
Arrange the baked salmon fillets on a platter.
Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley/dill over and season with lemon juice.
