Recipe for salad with cabbage and pickled red onions
Pointed cabbage belongs to the milder types of cabbage, and many people use it finely shredded as a coarse salad. This is indeed possible, as pointed cabbage has a mild flavor and is not as “compact” in texture as, for example, white cabbage.
Here you will find the recipe for a fresh and delicious pointed cabbage salad with pickled red onions, which is suitable as a green side dish for richer meat dishes. Serve the salad, for example, as an accompaniment to a good steak or stew.
