Ingredients
Ground beef
- 500 gram Ground beef
- 1 pcs. Egg
- 6.8 gram Paprika
- 18 gram Sriracha
- 6 gram Salt
- 1.15 gram Pepper
- Butter for frying
Tzatziki
- 2 pcs. Cucumber
- 5 gram Flake Salt
- 200 gram Greek Yoghurt
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- Salt and pepper
Dressing
- 100 gram greek yoghurt
- 12 gram Sriracha
- 10.5 gram liquid honey
- Salt and pepper
In addition
- 4 pcs. pita bread good
- salad a little - green
- 2 handfuls Feta good - coarsely chopped
Instructions
Beef Patties
- Mix all ingredients well. Form 4 patties, season with salt and pepper, and cook thoroughly on a pan or grill.
Tzatziki
- Split cucumbers lengthwise and remove seeds with a spoon. Grate cucumbers coarsely and sprinkle with flaky salt, allowing them to sit for 10 minutes.
- Place cucumbers in a sieve and press out as much water as possible. Mix with Greek yogurt, crushed garlic, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Dressing
- Mix Greek yogurt, sriracha, and honey together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat pita bread and fill with salad, patties, tzatziki, dressing, and feta – serve
