Recipe for peppernuts
This year, I wanted to have our daughter in the kitchen to bake a bit. The problem is that when you’re 2.5 years old, things shouldn’t take too long. So what do you do if pre-made dough is not an option?
This year, we tried Tørsleff’s mix for Christmas baking.
The dough was quick and easy to make and ready right away.
And a hit with our daughter 🙂

Ingredients
- 1 package Tørsleff's pepper nut seasoning
- 1 pcs. Egg
- 125 gram Butter Or margarine
- 125 gram Sugar
- 220 gram Wheat Flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) conventional oven.
- Put flour, butter, eggs, and spice mix in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Turn the dough out onto the table and now the dough needs to be gathered.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll them out into sausages the size of a coin.
- Cut pieces about 1-2 centimeters and roll them into balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet with baking paper, with a little space in between.
- Bake them in the middle of the oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Let the baked pebernødder cool on a cooling rack.
