Quick dinner? In about 15 minutes, you can whip up a delicious meal with pasta, spinach, Parmesan, and salmon.
Equipment
- Pot
- Sauté Pan
- Cutting Board
- Chef'S Knife
Ingredients
- 300 gram Pasta
- 30 gram Salt
- 3 l Water
- 10 gram Butter
- 1 pcs. Onion small, finely chopped
- 50 gram White Wine
- Spinach frozen, 5 "balls"
- 50 gram Parmesan freshly grated
- 250 gram Salmon
- Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- While the pasta cooks, prepare the filling.
- Get a sauté pan and melt the butter over medium-high heat (10 out of 14 on my stove).
- Chop the onion finely and sauté it until translucent, not browned. Reduce the heat if the pan is too hot.
- Add the white wine and let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the spinach so it can melt.
- When the pasta is done, transfer it directly from the pot to the pan. This will bring some of the cooking water, which will help thicken the dish.
- Flake the salmon with your hands or cut it into smaller pieces and add to the pan.
- Grate Parmesan over the top and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
- Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and optionally lemon zest.
- Enjoy your meal.
Notes
In the spring, you can easily add wild garlic along with the spinach, it tastes delightful.
