
Recipe for pasta in a dish
Leftovers in the fridge from the past week…? Transform them into a delightful pasta dish!
This one is perfect for clearing out the fridge…? A real Sunday dish before a new week’s meal plan starts.
You can use almost any type of meat and vegetables, and it’s easy to make.
In my version, I have some cabbage, broccoli, spring onions, and potatoes.
All complemented by pasta and chicken.
Here is a basic recipe for you, and you can swap out, add, or remove ingredients based on what’s in your fridge… ???
This dish serves 3-4 people, depending on how hungry you are.

- Kitchen Scale
- Deciliter Measure
- Ovenproof dish
- Oven
Ingredients
- 300 gram Pasta cooked pasta and/or potatoes
- 300 gram Mixed vegetables
- 150 gram Chicken fried - or other meat
- 3 pcs. Egg
- 200 gram Milk
- 50 gram Grated cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- Herbs some. Dried or fresh
Instructions
- Distribute pasta/potatoes, vegetables, and meat in an ovenproof dish.
- Mix eggs, milk, grated cheese, salt, pepper, and herbs together and pour it into the dish.
- Bake everything at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 35-40 minutes - until the cheese is golden.
- Remove and serve.
