
Recipe for oven baked potatoes with parmesan
Lovely summery version of new Danish potatoes: Delicious roasted potatoes with parmesan.
With just a few ingredients, you have a delicious side dish for a barbecue evening, a good steak, or poultry.

Oven Baked Potatoes with Parmesan
Equipment
- 1 Oven
- 1 Ovenproof dish
- Bowl
- Grater
Ingredients
- 600 gram Potato preferably new
- 40.5 gram Olive Oil
- 1/2 pcs. Lemon only the juice
- 9 gram Coarse salt
- Pepper freshly ground
- 25 gram Parmesan freshly grated
- 1 handful Fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan).
- Scrub or wash the potatoes. If they are not new, peel them.
- Prepare the marinade:Put the oil and lemon juice in a bowl. Add salt and freshly ground pepper. Remove the thyme leaves from the stems. You can do this by picking or cutting them off or by pushing them through a small grater in reverse. Grate the Parmesan and mix it with the marinade. It is now ready for use.
- Put the potatoes into the bowl and mix them well so that the marinade is well distributed.
- Place the potatoes in an ovenproof dish and make sure to get all the marinade.
- Bake them for about 40 minutes.
- They are now ready to serve.
