A quick and delicious tapenade made from black olives, garlic, and olive oil.

The tapenade is perfect on toasted bread or as an accompaniment to tapas, charcuterie, and more.

Ingredients

  • 1 can olive black, pitted
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 45 gram Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a food processor or mini chopper.
  • Blend/chop the olives and garlic with the oil. You may need an extra 1/2 dl of oil, depending on the consistency.
  • Put the tapenade in a clean jar and store it in the fridge until ready to use.
