Noodles with Green Beans and Oven-Baked Salmon

Ingredients
Ovenbaked salmon
- 600 gram Salmon fresh
- 45 gram Olive Oil
- 2 gram Ground ginger
- 15 gram CItronsaft
- Salt and Pepper
- 18 gram Sesame Seeds
Noodles with greens
- 200 gram Beans green, fresh or frozen
- 200 gram Edamame Beans from frozen
- 250 gram noodles whole grain
- 1 pcs. Squash
- 27 gram Olive Oil
- 60 gram Soya
- 30 gram Lime Juice
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Oven-Baked Salmon
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Place the salmon in an ovenproof dish.
- Mix olive oil, ginger, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together and brush the salmon with it.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for about 15 minutes in the oven.
Noodles with Greens
- Boil green beans and edamame beans in lightly salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain the water.
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain them as well.
- Cut the zucchini into long thin strips.
- Heat sesame oil and soy sauce in a pan and add the noodles, beans, zucchini, and lime juice. Toss together and fry for a few minutes. Season well with salt and pepper.
- Take the salmon out of the oven, remove the skin, and serve it with the noodles and a sprinkle of sesame.
