Noodles with Green Beans and Oven-Baked Salmon

Ingredients

Ovenbaked salmon

  • 600 gram Salmon fresh
  • 45 gram Olive Oil
  • 2 gram Ground ginger
  • 15 gram CItronsaft
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 18 gram Sesame Seeds

Noodles with greens

  • 200 gram Beans green, fresh or frozen
  • 200 gram Edamame Beans from frozen
  • 250 gram noodles whole grain
  • 1 pcs. Squash
  • 27 gram Olive Oil
  • 60 gram Soya
  • 30 gram Lime Juice
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

Oven-Baked Salmon

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Place the salmon in an ovenproof dish.
  • Mix olive oil, ginger, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together and brush the salmon with it.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes in the oven.

Noodles with Greens

  • Boil green beans and edamame beans in lightly salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain the water.
  • Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain them as well.
  • Cut the zucchini into long thin strips.
  • Heat sesame oil and soy sauce in a pan and add the noodles, beans, zucchini, and lime juice. Toss together and fry for a few minutes. Season well with salt and pepper.
  • Take the salmon out of the oven, remove the skin, and serve it with the noodles and a sprinkle of sesame.
