Ingredients
- 1 pcs. Salmon whole side of 600-700g cut into square pieces
Marinade:
- 6 gram Salt
- 2.3 gram Pepper Mix
- 104 gram Soya
- 35 gram Brown sugar
- 11.8 gram fennel ground
- 2 gram Dill dried
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 2 cm Fresh ginger grated
- Dill Sprigs

Kitchen
- Mix the marinade
- Place the salmon pieces in a dish with edges.
- Pour the marinade over the salmon.
- Place it in the fridge for 1-1/2 hours.
- Take the salmon pieces out of the marinade and place them on a grill tray.
- Pour marinade into a small pot.
Grill
- Set and preheat the grill to 105° degrees.
- Place the grill tray with the salmon pieces on the grill grate and grill for about 20 minutes.
- At the same time, place the small pot with marinade on the grill and let the marinade grill along.
- Turn the grill up to 175° degrees.
- For 5-10 minutes, brush the salmon with the marinade.
