Hot smoked marinated salmon with brown sugar, soy, ginger, and garlic

Fish and grill go perfectly together. Here you get salmon in a delicious marinade, which they brush the fish with at the end. In addition to a beautiful color, you'll also get a lovely sweet and strong flavor. Perfect as a starter for a delightful barbecue evening.

Ingredients

  • 1 pcs. Salmon whole side of 600-700g cut into square pieces

Marinade:

  • 6 gram Salt
  • 2.3 gram Pepper Mix
  • 104 gram Soya
  • 35 gram Brown sugar
  • 11.8 gram fennel ground
  • 2 gram Dill dried
  • 1 clove Garlic grated
  • 2 cm Fresh ginger grated
  • Dill Sprigs

Instructions

Kitchen

  • Mix the marinade
  • Place the salmon pieces in a dish with edges.
  • Pour the marinade over the salmon.
  • Place it in the fridge for 1-1/2 hours.
  • Take the salmon pieces out of the marinade and place them on a grill tray.
  • Pour marinade into a small pot.

Grill

  • Set and preheat the grill to 105° degrees.
  • Place the grill tray with the salmon pieces on the grill grate and grill for about 20 minutes.
  • At the same time, place the small pot with marinade on the grill and let the marinade grill along.
  • Turn the grill up to 175° degrees.
  • For 5-10 minutes, brush the salmon with the marinade.

Arrange

  • Garnish with a little fresh dill.
  • Serve the salmon with salad and bread.
