Ingredients
Cocoa
- 2 cl Rome
- 3 cl Kahlua
- 1.5 tablespoon Cocoa powder Instant
- 1.5 dl Boiling water
Vanilla Whipped Cream
- 1 dl Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Sugar
To the edge
- 15 gram Dark chocolate melted
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate, e.g., in the microwave.
- Dip the rim of the glass in the melted chocolate.
- Put rum, Kahlua, and cocoa powder in the glass.
- Add the boiling water and stir well until the cocoa is dissolved.
- Whip the cream to a light foam and fold in the vanilla sugar.
- Top your glass with whipped cream and a sprinkle of chocolate - serve.
