Delicious and easy for a cozy Friday evening…? Try these fantastic snickers bars that just taste over the top amazing!
The bars consist of a confection-like base with crunchy peanuts, dates, peanut butter, and Nutella, and a top layer of chocolate and caramel that just melts on the tongue… They are really good, actually resembling real Snickers – just better! And they are both easy and quick to make – and they are gluten-free!
A delicious little snack for a cozy weekend.

Homemade Snickers Bars

- Mini Choppers (option 1)
- Blender (option 2)
- Pot
Ingredients
Bottom
- 150 gram Dates pitted
- 100 gram Peanuts Salted
- 48 gram Peanut Butter
- 15 gram Nutella
- 15 gram Water
Top
- 13.6 gram Coconut Oil
- 125 gram Dark chocolate
- 42 gram Caramel Sauce
- Peanuts a bit, chopped
- Chocolate a bit, chopped
Instructions
- Place dates, peanuts, peanut butter, Nutella, and water in a mini chopper/blender and blend until the mixture can hold together. Start with 1 tablespoon of water and add more if needed.Line a small baking dish with parchment paper or plastic wrap and spread the mixture in it. Press well so that the base becomes firm and cohesive.Melt chocolate and coconut oil together at low heat in a small pot and spread it on the base.Top with caramel sauce and chopped peanuts and chocolate.Chill until the chocolate has hardened. Serve and enjoy!
