Ingredients
- 2 leaves Pointed Cabbage
- 15-30 gram Hummus or pesto
- 2 handfuls salad green
- 2 pcs. Carrots coarsely grated
- 75 gram Hot smoked salmon
- 1 pcs. Avocado ripe - sliced
Instructions
- Rinse the cabbage leaves and cut off the bottom end with the stem – the parts where they are too hard to roll.
- Spread hummus on the cabbage leaves and first add salad, then salmon, avocado, and carrots on top.
- Roll the leaves tightly, secure with toothpicks if necessary, cut the rolls in half, and serve.
