Ingredients

  • 2 leaves Pointed Cabbage
  • 15-30 gram Hummus or pesto
  • 2 handfuls salad green
  • 2 pcs. Carrots coarsely grated
  • 75 gram Hot smoked salmon
  • 1 pcs. Avocado ripe - sliced

Instructions

  • Rinse the cabbage leaves and cut off the bottom end with the stem – the parts where they are too hard to roll.
  • Spread hummus on the cabbage leaves and first add salad, then salmon, avocado, and carrots on top.
  • Roll the leaves tightly, secure with toothpicks if necessary, cut the rolls in half, and serve.
